Summer Temporary Position in Kristianstad - Join Our Team!
Jula ABSkåne län, Kristianstad
We are looking for someone to strengthen our team in Kristianstad during spring and summer.
If you love meeting people and delivering great customer experiences, you now have the opportunity to become a team member and be part of our unstoppable journey.
A typical day involves lots of laughter with your colleagues and customers. Your fingertip feel for customer service will bring smiles to customers' faces as you use your expertise to assist them in the store. You and your colleagues will handle everything from staffing the checkout to restocking the shelves. You will help customers with returns or finding the right product.
As we are on a journey, you can expect that we also want your personal journey to begin. Whether you work part-time or choose to work with us until retirement, we want you to develop. Don’t be surprised if you get the chance to build displays for campaign and seasonal products, take responsibility, and learn new things. We know that customer needs change quickly – and now you have all the opportunities to become part of our fantastic team and help us adapt even faster.
What’s in your CV?
You have probably worked in service or retail before. You write and speak good Swedish (English is a plus) and have good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
If you have a forklift license, that’s a plus but not a requirement.
Who are you?
Above all, you are a curious person who enjoys working in a team. You are attracted to being part of an entrepreneurial and international company. We are price fighters who love making good deals and making our customers feel they are getting great value for their money when shopping with us. That excites you too.
You love to sell, are service-oriented, and thrive when you can help the customer find exactly what they need. You are curious and want to learn. Growing and facing challenges is music to your ears. You are great at prioritizing, which allows you to handle busy periods. You take the time to listen to the customer to always deliver a good customer experience with a smile on your face. You are engaged, positive, and love that Jula is a larger team - which allows you to always be yourself.

To ensure a fair and competency-based recruitment process, we use digital tools to support the selection process. In the case of many applications, we collaborate with Hubert.ai, an AI-based recruitment assistant that serves as a first step in the process.
After you submit your application, you will be invited to a chat-based interview. The interview takes about 15–20 minutes and gives you the opportunity to share more about your background, experiences, and what is important to you. The purpose is to make the selection more accurate and to give all candidates the same opportunity to be assessed in a structured and equitable manner. The AI-based interview complements the personal contact and never replaces the meeting with us. The final selection decision is always made by a recruiter.
