In the role, you will provide professional support to our customers, primarily in Norwegian and Swedish. You will answer questions via phone and email, assist with information about products, services, and invoices, and ensure that each customer has a positive experience. You will work in our systems to register and follow up on cases and collaborate with other departments to find the best solutions for the customer.

As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and meticulous. You enjoy interacting with people, are solution-oriented, and can easily understand routines and systems. You contribute positive energy and constantly seek ways to improve the customer experience.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent knowledge of Norwegian and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has good knowledge of English
• Has at least a high school diploma
• Previous experience in customer service, consulting, retail, or other service professions is an advantage

We offer:

• We can offer work shifts on weekdays between 08:00–17:00. No guarantee of hours per month
• Employment on an hourly basis with start date according to agreement
• Location: office in Malmö, with the possibility of hybrid work after training
• Competitive hourly wage: 150 SEK (according to applicable collective agreement)
