Order Coordinator / Accounting Assistant for exciting Salico AB - Helsingborg

Salico is in an exciting phase and is now looking for an Order Coordinator / Accounting Assistant who wants to be part of a cheerful team in an operation where quality, pace, and delivery reliability are crucial.

You will have a coordinating role between the customer and delivery. In the order and accounting team, there are experienced and knowledgeable colleagues with whom you will share tasks, challenges, and solutions. You will contribute to good communication, high customer satisfaction from the initial contact to final delivery, and correct order flows. You will also handle various financial tasks, such as invoicing and ongoing bookkeeping.

Your Responsibilities:

Order Management:

• Registration and follow-up of customer orders
• Planning and coordination with production and warehouse
• Follow-up on delivery precision and correct documentation
• Customer contact regarding deliveries and order status
• Invoice documentation and follow-up

Finance:

• Registration and matching of supplier invoices
• Supplier and customer accounts
• Ongoing accounting
• Invoicing
• Reconciliations at month-end and year-end

Your Profile:

We are looking for someone with experience in order management and/or accounting assistant work. You thrive in a coordinating role and have good collaboration and communication skills. It is important that you have an eye for detail but also the ability to understand the whole picture in an order flow – from business to delivery.

You have basic knowledge of accounting, and we would like you to be interested in systems and curious about development.

As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and responsible. You are cheerful, positive, and eager to contribute to creating a pleasant workplace with an open atmosphere.
