We are now looking for a technical order preparer for a manufacturing company in the Sjöbo area. The assignment starts as a temp-to-perm recruitment via HIREQ with the ambition of a long-term solution at the client company.

This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for someone who wants to work closely with production and has an understanding of how work actually functions in the workshop.

The role will be shaped partly according to the right person and is suitable for those who want to develop towards a more coordinating and technically responsible function over time.

About the role

As a technical order preparer, you work in the interface between customer orders, production, and planning. You ensure that orders are properly prepared, that materials and documentation are in place, and that production has the right conditions to deliver.

You will gradually be assigned responsibilities and tasks also within improvement work and production-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Register and review customer orders and plan against available capacity

• Handle order acknowledgments and check customer requirements

• Prepare orders for production and ensure correct documentation

• Determine material needs and support material supply

• Prepare pre-calculations and post-calculations

• Ensure documentation for invoicing

• Participate in production-related projects and improvement initiatives

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has practical understanding of industrial operations and enjoys a role where you both think and do.

You do not need to know everything from the start, but you have the ability to quickly understand new tasks and take responsibility as the role develops.

We believe that you:

• Have experience from a workshop or manufacturing industry

• Preferably have worked practically, for example in welding or mechanical work

• Have good logical ability and technical interest

• Are used to working in digital systems and have good IT skills

• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Have the ability to collaborate with many different people in the organization

As a person, you are confident and clear in your communication. You dare to be assertive when necessary, but do so with respect, humility, and sensitivity. You easily build trust and function well in a production environment where collaboration is crucial.

About the assignment

The position is a temp-to-perm recruitment, which means that you will initially be employed by HIREQ and work at the client company, with the ambition of transitioning to the client upon a good match.

Placement is in the Sjöbo area.

The salary level is adjusted according to experience and can suit both a more junior candidate with development potential or a more experienced profile.
