ABOUT THE POSITION

Element Logic is growing and is now looking for a marketing assistant to its team in Lund to strengthen the company's global investment in smart warehouse solutions. In this role, you will be a key player in the rollout of online training. Your main responsibility is to edit and adapt existing video clips and screen demos to match new language translations. Since the length of the language content varies, a sense of timing and visuals is required to harmonize them professionally. You will work closely with an international team in a familial and welcoming atmosphere at the office in Lund, surrounded by about fifty colleagues. The position is initially for 3–4 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

• Video Editing: Cut and adapt video material such as screen demos and animations in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Language Adaptation: Adjust the length, content, and timing of videos to match translations in several different languages.
• Project Management: Drive your own tasks forward by following established checklists and a defined project plan.
• International Collaboration: Collaborate with global colleagues and stakeholders to ensure high quality, consistency, and adherence to deadlines.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has documented work experience with video editing tools
• Has very good knowledge of English, as it is the primary working language in contact with the European offices

It is a merit if you have

• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working with multilingual projects or adapting material for different markets

Since you handle material in languages you do not master, you are extremely meticulous and detail-oriented to ensure the highest quality.
