Are you an established TA consultant looking to combine long-term commitment with flexibility? We are now seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for a qualified and hourly-based assignment in strategic recruitment.

This setup is suitable for you who have your own business or parallel assignments – and who want to collaborate long-term with a complex organization.

• Approximately 100 hours during the period of April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027

• About 10–20 hours per recruitment, varying over time

• Opportunity to extend up to 500 hours/year if the need increases

• Option for extension 1+1+1 year (up to a total of 4 years of collaboration) 📈

• Location in Kristianstad with the possibility of remote work 💻

You will step in as a strategic and operational partner in an organization with multiple companies and a complex structure. Your task is to ensure that the right competencies are identified, attracted, and hired – with quality, structure, and business understanding.

You will work closely with managers and decision-makers, acting both as an advisor and executor throughout the process 🤝

• Drive and ensure the quality of recruitment processes from needs analysis to hiring

• Search, attraction, and qualified selection assessment

• Ensure compliance with labor law and established processes

• Be a safe and professional support for managers and stakeholders

• Experience in recruitment within municipal property companies or similar complex organizations

• Very good knowledge of labor law and structured competency-based recruitment

• Completed at least five recruitments for municipal property companies in the last three years

• Academic education in HR, behavioral science, psychology, or equivalent

• Ability to start the assignment within two weeks after agreement
