About the Assignment

We are looking for a recruitment consultant to support an organization with a clear social mission. In this role, you will provide operational and advisory support in recruitment processes and help the organization ensure quality, structure, and a good candidate and manager experience.

Responsibilities

Drive recruitment processes from needs analysis to hiring
Support managers with job profiles, selection, interviews, and reference checks
Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the process
Contribute to structured working methods and improvements in the recruitment flow

Requirements

Experience working as a recruitment consultant and driving recruitment processes
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both candidates and managers
Very good Swedish in both spoken and written form
