Your Role

We are looking for a meticulous and service-oriented logistics administrator for a consulting assignment with a larger public organization. You will be part of a small, close-knit team responsible for inventory and spare parts, ensuring that the right materials are available when needed.

Your Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing orders in the inventory system. Perform inventory transfers and related updates in ERP (Agresso/Unit4). Invoice management and financial administration related to inventory flows in Agresso. Receiving materials and spare parts and performing simple physical handling as needed. Participate in annual inventory – both practically in the warehouse and in the system. Ensure accurate inventory balances, traceability, and good data quality. Collaborate closely with managers, buyers, and other internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience in order and inventory administration in operational or spare parts flows. Practical experience with ERP systems, preferably Agresso/Unit4 (inventory, invoicing, accounting). Good system and numerical skills (e.g., tracking, reconciliation, inventory lists). Proficient in Swedish both spoken and written, and basic English. Structured, meticulous, and responsible – enjoys working both in a team and independently. Ability and willingness to assist with simple physical handling in the warehouse if needed.

Preferred Experience

Experience from public sector or larger technical/industrial organizations. Documented experience with Agresso/Unit4 in inventory and finance. Inventory work and improvement of inventory processes/data quality. Experience with spare parts flows or technical materials.

Location

The assignment will be performed on-site in southern Stockholm at the client's warehouse. Limited remote work may occur based on needs.

Start: December 1, 2025 End: December 1, 2026 Scope: approx. 39 hours/week (full-time) Option: possibility of 1-year extension on unchanged terms
