Main responsibilities include, among others:

• Lead the work with ongoing accounting and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
• Be responsible for monthly and annual financial statements together with the CFO
• Consolidation of the Swedish group
• Be responsible for monthly and annual reporting to the international group (IFRS)
• Monthly handling of taxes, VAT, and declarations
• Be responsible for liquidity monitoring and update liquidity analysis
• Annual report and declaration
• Drive efficiency and improvement of the accounting function's processes
• Coordinate contact with external payroll agency and reconciliation of salaries

We are looking for someone who is analytical, solution-oriented, and service-minded with good communication skills. To thrive in the role of Accounting Manager, we see that you are a person who appreciates a varied job and enjoys driving your own and the department's work forward. You find new solutions and come up with new ideas and improvement suggestions. Furthermore, you are a team player in collaboration with other employees in the Finance Department. As a person, you are open, have a positive outlook, while being unpretentious and proactive in your working style!

Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in similar roles for several years
• Ability to maintain the overall accounting process from start to finish
• University degree in Economics
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Interest in continuously developing within Accounting
• Work experience in accounting, group reporting, and ongoing bookkeeping – preferably as responsible for accounting/group reporting
• Experience with Maconomy is a plus

Your Future Workplace

The position is located in Stockholm, where the CFO is also based, while the rest of the finance department is located in Malmö.

The Stockholm office area includes our office in central Stockholm and the office in Eskilstuna.

In the summer of 2023, the Stockholm office moved to new, beautiful premises on Regeringsgatan, where about 100 people work closely together.
