Do you want to work on one of Sweden's most complex and socially important infrastructure projects? We are now looking for an experienced project controller who wants to take a central role in the planning and execution of extensive rock and construction work related to new stations and tunnels in Stockholm. This is a long-term assignment where you will have the opportunity to influence the project's financial management, forecasting work, and structure from an early stage to execution, together with some of the industry's leading specialists.

About the assignment

As a project controller, you will be a key person in the project organization responsible for financial management, forecasting, and monitoring of contracts within tunnels and stations, including work related to stations and access tunnels.

You will work closely with project managers, construction managers, design managers, and other specialists, actively contributing to creating structure, transparency, and control in the project's financial processes.

The assignment includes both the establishment of working methods and ongoing financial management in a project with high complexity and large contract values.

Your main responsibilities

• Be responsible for budget, forecasts, cost monitoring, and financial reporting

• Develop and improve internal working methods for financial management, forecasting, and monitoring

• Coordinate and structure the project's budget, schedule, and risk management

• Manage contract follow-up and change order processes

• Review contractors' financial follow-up, project plans, and working methods

• Participate in cost estimation work and follow-up of production estimates

• Compile quarterly reports and financial analyses

• Identify risks and deviations and propose measures

• Participate in project, construction, and financial meetings

• Contribute to the development and improvement of the project's financial processes

• Facilitate good cooperation with contractors and other stakeholders

Requirements We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in construction, civil engineering, or finance

• At least 5 years of experience in the construction and civil engineering industry

• At least 3 years of experience as a project controller (or equivalent) in projects over 400 million SEK

• At least 2 years of experience with contracts on a cost-reimbursable basis

• Experience with contracts where AMA Anläggning and MER have been used

• Good experience in financial management, forecasting, and monitoring in large contracts

Desirable experience

• Experience in cost estimation work in larger investment projects (>100 million SEK)

• Experience in procurement work in larger contracts (>100 million SEK)

• Experience from a client organization in larger contract projects
