About the position
We are looking for someone who wants to take full responsibility for an diagnostics company's IR and communication while also contributing in a complementary area. The company develops innovative diagnostic solutions that help improve people's lives, and the role therefore involves conveying an important message to the market. The position is full-time with a clear focus on stock market communication, but also allows room for areas such as financial administration, HR issues, or IT coordination depending on your background and profile.
Combining competencies and collaborating closely across functional boundaries is a natural part of the company's culture, where lack of prestige, helpfulness, and business-oriented communication permeate the work environment. You will work closely with both the CFO and CEO, in a role with high visibility and the opportunity to influence.
Your future tasks
You will be responsible for the company's IR function, covering everything from regulatory communication to external positioning. At the same time, you will have a complementary role in another area, making the position both operational and strategic.
Examples of tasks within IR and communication:
- Writing and publishing press releases and quarterly reports
- Ensuring compliance with regulations (Nasdaq First North)
- Being the contact person for investors and external IR partners
- Contributing to strategic planning of external and internal communication
- Collaborating with the marketing and management team as well as external agencies
- Quality assuring and developing the graphic expression in the company's publications
Examples of complementary responsibilities (depending on profile):
- Finance: Ongoing bookkeeping, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations
- HR administration: Employment contracts, documentation, payroll data
- IT coordination: Contact with external suppliers, internal structure and policies
We are looking for someone who:
Has several years of experience in IR or communication and is confident in independently managing your areas of responsibility. You do not need to know everything from the start, but you have the ability to find out what is required and turn it into action. You are a good writer, enjoy structure, and have an eye for the visual.
Formal requirements:
- Experience in communication or IR
- Relevant academic education
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
- Good digital competence (e.g., Office suite, preferably Adobe or InDesign)
Meritorious:
- Previous experience from a listed company or regulatory communication
- Knowledge of financial reporting to the stock market
- Experience from diagnostics, pharma, or related industry
- Graphic sense and ability to work with or order visual production
- Management of websites and brands
- Previous experience in any of the aforementioned complementary responsibilities
