About the role as Training Manager for Service and Onboarding

In the role of Service Excellence & Academy Manager, you are the obvious link between Carotte's team and our clients. You are responsible for creating and driving the market's most attractive training programs while ensuring an inclusive and effective onboarding for our staff. You coach, inspire, and uplift our employees while monitoring quality and developing our service delivery to new heights.

Your responsibilities – developing Carotte Academy and service quality

• Develop and manage Carotte Academy – which aims to become Sweden's most attractive training in service
• Build and lead effective onboarding processes for new hires
• Develop strategies for long-term skills supply and talent development
• Coach and motivate our teams to always deliver world-class service
• Personnel responsibility for specific prestige assignments within reception and service operations
• Continuous monitoring of quality, customer satisfaction, and improvement work

Who are you? – a leader and inspirer with a passion for service development

We are looking for someone with clear leadership skills and a passion for people and service. You have experience in developing and driving training programs or development projects, preferably within hotels, hospitality, events, or similar service industries. You are both strategic and operational, structured but know that truly good service requires commitment and feeling. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
