About the role

In this role, you will work broadly with administration, with the main focus on order registration, customer support, and operational issues. You will have a central role in contact with our customers and ensure that their orders are handled smoothly and correctly. Additionally, you will support the rest of the team with administrative tasks and ensure that our information is updated and accessible.

Your main responsibilities

• Register and manage customer orders in our systems
• Provide support to customers regarding operations and simpler technical issues
• Manage and update information in our CRM systems
• Be an administrative support for internal departments
• Prepare materials, reports, and documentation as needed

Your profile

We are looking for someone with at least one year of experience in administrative work, preferably in order management or customer support. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have an eye for detail. You thrive in a role where you can take responsibility, collaborate with others, and assist customers professionally.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Experience in order registration and/or administrative work
• Very good computer skills, especially in Excel
• Experience working in CRM or business systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems
