We are looking for assistants to our team

We are looking for two assistants to join our team supporting a client. He is a man in his 60s who, due to an acquired brain injury, now needs help and support with everything.

For us, every assignment is unique, which is why we need you to do your utmost to ensure that this client receives the care he needs, as well as a touch of gold and a rich daily life. The daily work will consist of supporting him in everyday tasks and whatever he needs. If you have experience from similar work, we see it as a plus.

The role and experience of the assistant

We are looking for someone with some experience in care. Collaboration and understanding are important ingredients in creating a safe assistance for this man, but also for creating a safe and good working environment for everyone involved in the assistance. As a person, you need to be meticulous, responsible, attentive, proactive, and positive.

You will be offered a job where your contribution is noticed and appreciated. You will receive tailored introduction/training in all aspects of the client's needs and routines.

Desirable experiences

• Experience with tube feeding is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare/social care.
• Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are required.

Working hours/employment degree

• Shifts available during the day/afternoon/evening/night.
• Night shifts are on-call.
• Working every other weekend is to be expected, and you will work approximately 50%.
