About the position This position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Bravura and you will be employed directly by Top Drill.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the overall KMA work, including developing, implementing, and following up on routines and goals
  • Follow up on decisions and ensure compliance with ISO-certified processes. Be responsible for workplace safety issues for staff, including following up on reported improvement suggestions
  • Collaborate closely with management and act as support within HR/Finance and administration at the company, for example through reporting, minute-taking at meetings, contact with IT, and updating the website
  • Contribute to change work, create structure in the office, and drive development initiatives in the organization

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Relevant post-secondary education at a university or vocational college
  • Interest in KMA processes and driving improvement issues within organizations
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Work experience in KMA is an advantage
  • Knowledge and/or interest in finance & HR is an advantage

Start: Immediately Location: Stockholm, Hammarbyhöjden (with the possibility of remote/hybrid work) Salary: By agreement
