SOS Alarm continuously works to analyze and develop our security efforts to create a safer Sweden for all – and not least for our SOS colleagues. To monitor our properties, we are now strengthening the organization with more security guards.

We are now looking for daytime personnel.

In the role of security guard, you will be supervised by the group manager for Physical Security. You are also expected to support local management with issues related to security and protection.

The assignment primarily includes: The security guard's task is primarily to ensure access protection at the properties, while also providing professional service to all visitors in their – often first – encounter with SOS Alarm Sweden AB. Our security guards are one of the company's faces to the outside world and will be the first person our customers, partners, employees, and visitors meet. Therefore, it is important to always act in a professional and trustworthy manner.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Visitor management/access control and administration of the visitor system.
• Internal and external rounds of the properties.
• Intervention activities during incidents.
• Escorting craftsmen or visitors.
• Preventive security-related checks.
• Patrol with a vehicle.

We are primarily looking for someone who:

• Has completed basic security guard training.
• It is an advantage if you also have guard training, GU1 and GU2.
• Is service-oriented and solution-focused.
• Is available for others and gives a pleasant and stable impression.
• Is organized, works methodically, and has a calm and empathetic personality.
• Has a high security awareness.
• Has a B driver's license and good health and fitness.
• Can express yourself well in Swedish both orally and in writing.
• Has at least 3 years of experience in the security industry, preferably with experience of independent work.

• Approved high school grades in Swedish and English (at least E or equivalent).

• Unconvicted, drug-free, and with organized personal finances.

SOS Alarm conducts security checks with background checks on its staff according to the requirements of the Security Protection Act (2018:585). A check according to the Act (1974:191) on security companies is also performed and is active during the employment period. A drug test without remarks is a prerequisite for employment. The position also involves military placement at SOS Alarm.
