SOS Alarm continuously works to analyze and develop our security efforts to create a safer Sweden for everyone, not least for our SOS colleagues. To monitor our sites, we are now strengthening the organization with more security guards.

We are now looking for night staff.

In the role of security guard, you will be supervised by the group manager for Physical Security. You are also expected to support local management with security-related questions.

The assignment includes, in general:

The security guard's task is primarily to ensure access control at the sites while providing professional service to all visitors in their often first encounter with SOS Alarm Sweden AB. Our security guards are one of the company's faces to the outside world and will be the first person our customers, partners, employees, and visitors meet. Therefore, it is important to always act in a professional and trustworthy manner.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Visitor management/access control and administration of the visitor system.
• Internal and external rounds of the sites.
• Intervention activities during incidents.
• Escorting craftsmen or visitors.
• Preventive security-related checks.
• Rounds by car.

We are primarily looking for someone who has completed basic security guard training. It is an advantage if you also have guard training, GU1, and GU2. You should also be service-oriented and solution-focused.

You should also be available to assist others and give a pleasant and stable impression. You are organized, work methodically, and have a calm and empathetic personality. Of course, you already have a high level of security awareness.

You should also have a B driver's license, as well as good health and physical fitness. You can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

You should also have at least 3 years of experience in the security industry and experience in independent work.

Meritorious:

Training in firearms according to FAP 694–1. We strive for a balanced gender distribution and welcome female applicants.

You should also have a passing grade in Swedish and English at the high school level, at least E or equivalent.

You should also be unpunished, drug-free, and have organized personal finances.

SOS Alarm conducts security checks with background checks on its staff according to the requirements of the Security Protection Act (2018:585). A check according to the Act (1974:191) on security companies is also performed and is active during the employment period. A drug test without remarks is a prerequisite for employment. The position also involves military placement at SOS Alarm.
