YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE
Inte Bara Post Bemanning is now looking for a Junior Finance Assistant for our client. You will be based at the client's headquarters in Stockholm. This is a consulting assignment starting from October until May -26.

YOUR ROLE
You will be part of a wonderful finance team of 3 people, including a team lead. Your main focus will be on accounts receivable and accounts payable, primarily on accounts payable.
Your main tasks include:
- Independently manage incoming invoices and accounting documentation and ensure they are registered and processed in the ERP system.
- Monitor and control the flow in the electronic invoice handling (Exflow).
- Be responsible for the payment of approved invoices, primarily via file transfer from the ERP system to external Swedish and foreign banks.
- Handle accounts receivable routines: payments, refunds, customer invoicing, payment control.
- Independently manage account reconciliations in monthly closings with physical reconciliations as well as analyses, follow-ups, and appropriate actions.
WHO ARE YOU?
As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and conscientious. You are used to driving your tasks forward independently and have a passion for accounting. During busy periods, you need to be able to handle stress. Furthermore, we see that you are a quick learner.
We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in finance and who is at the beginning of their career. We would like you to have 1–2 years of work experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, payments, and reconciliations.
It is an advantage if you have worked in any of the following systems:
- D365
- Readsoft
- Exflow – electronic invoice handling
- Adramatch
- Balancer
