We work for a construction industry free from labor crime. We are a non-profit organization formed as a strategic and operational tool between large, determined clients of construction projects. Our members have both obligations and rights. Together, we constitute one of the largest purchasing volumes of construction work in Sweden. We have set the standard for how the construction industry works against various forms of fraud on construction sites and have gained a leading role in socially sustainable work in the industry. Our work is about being experts in detecting, counteracting, and preventing fraud and social dumping through industrial and business methods. Our leverage is our members' purchasing power combined with our employees' competence and ability.

We are now looking for an outgoing, fearless Compliance Officer with a commitment to society and fair conditions.

What even is that word? Compliance Officer? Well, titles are really unimportant to us.

We are looking for a person who wants to use their brain and drive with their heart as a compass. The role of the Compliance Officer is about being a driving force within member companies and making our model work in practice. Everything from educating, supporting, setting requirements in procurements to planning the implementation of workplace inspections on construction sites and driving contractual measures. Part of the work also involves supporting the change journey of our members so that they strengthen their own organizational capacity and become less dependent on us. Another part is to ensure that members comply with the association's statutes.

The job involves many contacts with project managers and leaders at member companies and contractors. You need to be out on construction sites, at member companies, and at our office. You are expected to contribute to our own development as an organization with your knowledge and experiences.

You will be part of a team of experts passionate about our vision but will drive much of the work independently. The role requires integrity, drive, and relationship-building.

• Experience working with construction contracts and building agreements
• Ability to communicate in formal and correct written language in Swedish

We find that we are best when we meet regularly, therefore the work is based on-site but there is an opportunity to work from home occasionally.

Location: our office in Stockholm (travel may occur)
