Our members have both obligations and rights. Together, we represent one of the largest purchasing volumes of construction work in Sweden. We have set the standard for how the construction industry works against various types of fraud on construction sites and have gained a leading role in socially sustainable work in the industry. Our work is about being experts in detecting, counteracting, and preventing fraud and social dumping through industrial and business methods. We are now looking for an investigative Compliance Officer with a commitment to society and fair conditions

What even is that word? Compliance officer? Well, titles are really unimportant to us.

We are looking for a person who wants to use their sharp mind with their heart as a compass. The role of the investigative Compliance Officer involves planning, investigating, analyzing, and reporting. Everything from monitoring site visits to reviewing contracts and identifying deviations based on information you receive from our field operations. You support colleagues with sharp reports to be used in contract disputes and you can report statistics for our members. You also have a role in special investigations of certain companies.

The work includes several internal contacts and some contacts with members. You are expected to contribute to our own development as an organization with your knowledge and learnings.

You will be part of a team of experts passionate about our vision. The work requires a good ability to both follow established processes and participate in developing them.

Competencies that we believe are valuable to have:

• Experience working with construction contracts and construction agreements
• Ability to communicate in formal and correct written language in Swedish
• Experience from working in or close to public operations
• Experience in a follow-up role such as auditing, controlling, or supplier follow-up

We find that we are best when we meet regularly, therefore the work is based on-site but there is an opportunity to work from home occasionally.
