We are currently seeking a junior administrator for one of our client companies to strengthen the team, starting as soon as possible. The role is suitable for you who is meticulous, enjoys structure, and wants to develop within administration.

About the role

As a junior administrator, you will assist the coordinator in daily tasks. You will have a varied role where your responsibilities will include:

• Registration and management of customers in the CRM system
• Invoicing and ongoing administration
• Contact with suppliers
• Other administrative tasks that support the business

Working hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00. Start: immediately.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and has an eye for detail. You are used to working on a computer and have a knack for numbers. To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Good computer skills and an ability to learn new systems easily.
• The ability to work methodically and get things right from the start.
• Preferably experience in similar tasks previously – but most importantly, you are meticulous and want to do a good job.

You will receive daily support and work closely with the coordinator, which will help you quickly adapt to the role and provide the right conditions for success.
