We are looking for someone who wants to take a central role in a larger program and contribute with your expertise in financial management. As a consultant, you will both build up the structure for financial monitoring and act as operational support to project and program managers.

About the role You will be a key player in ensuring cost control, value realization, and quality in reporting. The work takes place close to program management, portfolio management, and leadership, where you will combine analysis, governance, and advisory in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to establishing financial management together with project and program managers
• Follow up and analyze business cases, budgets, and forecasts
• Build structure for cost control and ongoing monitoring
• Identify risks and opportunities and suggest actions
• Ensure quality in financial reporting to steering groups and management
• Coordinate compliance with financial guidelines in larger programs
• Contribute to the development of business cases and presentation materials

Requirements

• Experience as a project or program controller
• Good knowledge in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ability to work structured and independently with complex projects
• Analytical and solution-oriented with good communication skills
• Used to collaborating with management and steering groups
