About the role

Future People is looking for a Finnish-speaking data administrator for a short assignment (1–3 months) in Stockholm City. You will be employed as a consultant with Future People and will be part of a data team that reads, follows links, and downloads documents quickly, structured, and accurately.

• Read materials, follow links, and download documents.
• Ensure correct file names, folder structure, and metadata.
• Quality assure content/version control and log sources.
• Basic administration in the team's tools (e.g., Excel/SharePoint).

We are looking for someone who:

• Is Finnish-speaking (required) and comfortable in Swedish; English is a plus.
• Is meticulous, quick to absorb information, and has an eye for detail.
• Has experience in administrative work and structured file management.
• Is familiar with Office 365 (especially Excel) and cloud storage/SharePoint.
