We are now looking for a consultant who wants to take a central role in one of Sweden's most forward-looking energy and climate initiatives. As a project administrator, you will be an important part of driving development forward – you will work closely with project managers, specialists, and consultants in an international environment where English is used as the working language.

About the role You will provide administrative and coordinating support in a wide variety of tasks. The work is dynamic and suits you who thrives with many points of contact, a fast pace, and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Create, follow up, and finalize purchase requisitions and purchase orders
• Management of contracts, supplier contacts, and invoices
• Support to project managers in planning, structuring, and administration
• Booking of travel, meetings, conferences, and training
• Coordination of IT systems and user permissions
• Administer meeting minutes and project information in SharePoint/Projectplace
• Support in resource management and onboarding of consultants
• Provide administrative support to the project controller

Requirements  

• Experience in project administration or a coordinating role
• Ability to work systematically with multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience working in complex, fast-paced project environments
• Self-driven with the ability to push tasks forward
• Good collaboration skills and experience in teamwork
