They are now looking for a junior accountant to join their office in Stockholm. More information about the company will be provided during a first interview. We at Asta Agency are collaborating with the company in this recruitment process. The process is conducted through Asta, and you will then be employed directly by the company.

About the Position

As a junior accountant, you will be an important part of the finance department and the CFO's closest support. The role involves varied tasks within bookkeeping, accounting, and administration, providing you with a broad and developing experience. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as expense reports, scanning receipts, reviewing contracts, as well as planning and leading events. You will belong to the international team in Stockholm and receive a thorough introduction to gradually take on the role in a secure and self-sufficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Ongoing bookkeeping.
• Accounting.
• Administrative tasks such as expense reports, scanning receipts, and reviewing contracts.

Qualifications and Attributes

To succeed in this role, you should be unpretentious, meticulous, and motivated to solve problems. Additionally, you need to be flexible to adapt to certain periods, such as month/quarter-end closings, which may involve more work. It is important that you have a long-term ambition with the role and preferably an interest in medical technology. You are expected to work on-site, but over time, you will have freedom under responsibility, which means there is an opportunity to work remotely to some extent once you have established yourself in the role.

• You have a basic understanding and experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and administration.
• You have previously worked in a business system, preferably Fortnox.
• You have a good ability to communicate in Swedish and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• An interest or experience in medical technology.
• Post-secondary education in finance.
