Are you a student fluent in Finnish looking for a rewarding part-time job alongside your studies? We are now seeking Finnish-speaking customer service representatives for the well-established financial company Avida Finans, where you will gain valuable experience in financial services, customer contact, and administrative processes. About the position

This position is a direct recruitment, meaning that the recruitment process is handled by Bravura while the employment is directly with Avida Finans. Work shifts are scheduled between 09:00 and 21:00, Monday to Sunday, with flexibility to adjust the schedule according to your studies. On average, you will work about two shifts per week and one weekend a month. For those who wish to work more, there are also excellent opportunities to increase your hours.

Job responsibilities

In the role of Finnish-speaking customer service representative at the company, you will be responsible for handling and managing incoming inquiries via phone and email. Typical inquiries you will handle involve questions about billing, loans, fraud, and challenges for customers in paying their debts. The questions vary in scope and difficulty, and you are responsible for ensuring that your cases are resolved and that the customer is informed throughout the process. In addition to customer contact, you will work administratively in various systems where you will register each case in a careful and structured manner. You will work with both the Swedish and Finnish markets, where you are required to be comfortable communicating via phone and email with Finnish and Swedish customers.

You will initially receive a thorough introduction to create an understanding of the company's working methods and systems. You will be part of a Nordic team, and together you will work to create satisfied customers and an efficient working method.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Ongoing post-secondary studies, preferably in economics/finance

• Work experience in service, preferably in customer service or work using the phone as a tool

• Very good knowledge of Finnish and good knowledge of Swedish and English

• Good data and system skills
