Redia Ekonomi was founded in 2021 and offers comprehensive solutions in finance and payroll, always striving for a digital and efficient working method. With a combination of this and solid industry experience, they aim to provide their clients with the best service in finance, payroll, and performance monitoring.

Today, the team consists of four employees who handle clients from various industries and sizes. Redia Ekonomi primarily works in the cloud-based accounting system Fortnox but also has extensive experience with several other accounting systems.

Redia Ekonomi offers a personal contact combined with a digital and warm environment. They act as the client's extended finance function - more like a colleague than a supplier. Whether it's about planning a budget or providing advice on dividends and ownership issues, they are always there to support their clients.

Job responsibilities

In this role, you will have your own client responsibility and work with small and medium-sized companies, mainly in the service sector. Your tasks will vary depending on the client's needs but often encompass the entire financial process. You will manage between 5–10 clients, where tasks include ongoing bookkeeping, handling customer and supplier invoices, VAT and tax declarations, as well as reconciliations. In most assignments, payroll administration for approximately 5–10 employees will also occur. You will also work with monthly and annual financial statements, as well as reporting to clients. If necessary, you will also collaborate with the clients' auditors.

The agency works closely with its clients and values a holistic view of financial work. You will act as an advisor and together with the client drive their financial work forward. You will be part of a digitalized agency and also support clients in their digitalization journey. At Redia Ekonomi, you will have the opportunity to be involved early in a personal agency and influence both the future and corporate culture. The decision-making paths are short, making it easy to make decisions and make a difference.

Your tasks include:

  • Ongoing accounting, tax accounts, and bank reconciliations
  • Reconciliation of balance accounts
  • Monthly and annual financial statements
  • Compile documentation and assist the client
  • Collaborate with auditors
  • Possible handling of payroll for smaller payroll assignments

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Post-secondary education in finance or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of work experience in accounting, with a good understanding of all parts of the accounting process
  • Experience working in a corporate structure or as a consultant responsible for several companies simultaneously
  • Familiarity with reporting to several different clients or companies, including financial statements and annual reports according to K3
  • Good computer and system skills, experience with Fortnox is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English

To succeed in this role, you are a communicative person who does not hesitate to take the initiative for conversations. Since you have daily contact with clients, you are social and skilled at building long-term relationships. You take great responsibility for your tasks, ensure high quality, and make sure everything is completed on time. You are meticulous and have a structured working method. We also believe that you are a person who ensures that things get done and is not afraid to take your own initiatives. You enjoy contributing new perspectives and are eager to try new working methods or solutions.
