Inte Bara Post Bemanning is now looking for a Junior Accounting Assistant for our client. You will be based at the client's headquarters in Stockholm. This is a consulting assignment starting from October until May 2026.

YOUR ROLE

You will be part of a wonderful finance team of 3 people, including a team lead. Your main focus will be on accounts receivable and accounts payable, primarily on accounts payable.

Your main tasks will include:

• Independently manage incoming invoices and accounting documents and ensure they are registered and processed in the ERP system.
• Monitor and control the flow in the electronic invoicing system (Exflow).
• Be responsible for the payment of approved invoices, primarily via file transfer from the ERP system to external Swedish and foreign banks.
• Handle accounts receivable routines: payments, refunds, customer invoicing, payment control.
• Independently manage account reconciliations in monthly closings with physical reconciliations as well as analyses, follow-ups, and appropriate actions.

WHO ARE YOU?

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and conscientious. You are used to driving your tasks forward independently and have a passion for accounting. During busy periods, a high pace is required, and you must be able to handle stress. Furthermore, we see that you are a quick learner.

We are looking for someone who has a post-secondary education in finance and is at the beginning of their career. We prefer that you have 1-2 years of work experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, payments, and reconciliations.

It is advantageous if you have worked in any of the following systems:

• D365
• Readsoft
• Exflow – electronic invoicing
• Adramatch
• Balancer
