Your New Role

We are looking for a Business Controller to join our client’s finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working close to the business.

As a Business Controller, you will play a key role in financial planning, monitoring, and performance management within the GIS area. You will actively contribute to the monthly follow-up process, budgeting, and forecasting activities, while ensuring that financial insights drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and proactively address issues related to financial performance within GIS.
• Continuously improve data quality and accuracy in financial follow-up.
• Conduct cost analysis, forecasting, and accruals.
• Prepare materials and actively participate in financial forums with business and service owners.
• Support compliance and process improvements within controlling.
• Provide financial control for projects and programs.
• Act as a financial co-driver to the business – turning data into actionable insights.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with a strong controlling background.
• Solid knowledge of IT tools and MS Office.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Meritorious: Previous experience in IT Controlling.
• Meritorious: Experience working in a multinational environment.
• Meritorious: Background in project controlling, budgeting, or forecasting related to projects.
