Do you want to contribute to one of Sweden's most exciting signaling system projects? We are now looking for a consultant who combines expertise in approval processes and data coordination. The role involves responsibility for both safety management towards the Transport Agency and effective document management throughout the project's lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Contact with the Transport Agency and support in safety issues
• Coordinate and ensure the quality of the project's documentation
• Participate in project meetings, risk analyses, and reviews
• Develop and follow up safety evidence
• Administer permissions, project libraries, and deliveries in the data system

Requirements

• At least a 3-year technical university degree or qualified vocational education or have acquired experience by working as a data coordinator for at least 4 years.
• At least 3 years of experience as a data coordinator, meaning administrative handling of drawings, model files, technical documents, and other project-related information in rail traffic projects.
• At least 2 years of experience in administering web-based project areas, model file systems, and storage services with a good understanding of permission management.
• Experience in formally reviewing model and drawing documents upon delivery from designers.
• Experience as a data coordinator from at least 2 signaling projects.
• In the last five years, have completed at least one assignment that involved the application of the Transport Agency's approval process according to TSFS-2010:115 or TSFS-2010:116.

Additional Requirements

• Experience in handing over as-built documents to the management unit within railways.
• Experience as a data coordinator throughout all project phases, from start to delivery.
• Handled at least 5 approval cases with the Transport Agency.
• At least 5 years of experience working with tram or railway facilities.
