Stockholm County is growing rapidly, and the subway is being expanded as part of one of Sweden's largest infrastructure investments. As a consultant in security management, you will become a key person in a complex and socially important project.

You will be responsible for coordinating, administering, and ensuring the quality of security protection processes, with many points of contact both internally and externally. The assignment involves working closely with project managers, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure that security requirements are met.

Job Responsibilities

• Register new employees who need access to security-sensitive information
• Monitor and update position analyses in consultation with the project manager and project leaders
• Coordinate the project with the FUT staff
• Call meetings with relevant project managers
• Follow up and ensure the quality of documentation for security screening
• Administer access rights to secure rooms and supervise these
• Deregister employees who no longer need access
• Ensure that necessary security training is conducted
• Send information materials to employees prior to security screening
• Other administration related to security protection

Requirements Profile

• High school education
• At least 2 years of experience in security protection work within large infrastructure projects

Meritorious

• At least 2 years of experience in a coordinating, project-leading, or advisory role
• At least 2 years of experience in independently handling security screenings
• Academic education
• Good knowledge of security protection legislation, equivalent to at least 3 years of experience or participation in at least 4 larger projects
