About the assignment

The assignment is for a full-time position starting immediately until January 23, 2026, with the possibility of extension. The role involves overall responsibility for accounting, with a particular focus on ongoing accounting and year-end closing work. In addition, there is shared responsibility for customer invoicing, supplier invoice management, and handling a functional mailbox together with an accounting assistant. The assignment suits you who are used to working independently with accounting but also appreciate collaboration in a smaller team. Your tasks

To succeed in this role, good knowledge of accounting is required, including experience in year-end closing and ongoing bookkeeping. It is also important to be meticulous, self-driven, and have a good understanding of financial flows and system support. Examples of tasks include:

• Customer invoicing
• Disbursements
• Supplier invoice queues
• Year-end closing (bookings, accruals, reconciliations, corrections)
• Posting placement invoices
• VAT
• Training for colleagues/managers

Your qualifications

• Relevant degree in finance
• At least 3-5 years of work experience
• Experience from municipal operations
• Worked in UNIT4 ERP
