Are you a self-driven and meticulous accounting assistant with experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable? Have you also worked in NetSuite or other major accounting systems? Then this could be an exciting opportunity for you!
We are now looking for a consultant for a six-month assignment starting in September. In this role, you will be an important part of the company's finance and payment team, where you will be responsible for driving and ensuring smooth daily processes. You will work independently, take responsibility, and deliver high service and quality to both internal colleagues and external partners.
Job Description In this role, you will work broadly within accounts receivable and accounts payable. You will handle daily flows related to invoicing, payments, and reconciliations, while also contributing to the development and improvement of routines. You are expected to be self-sufficient in your role and quickly adapt to new tasks and systems.
The work involves:
- Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Invoicing and follow-up of payments
- Reconciliations and ongoing control of flows
- Support in incident management and investigation of cases
- Work in accounting systems where experience with NetSuite is a plus
Qualifications & Experience We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in accounts receivable and/or accounts payable. You have a good understanding of financial flows and payment processes, are meticulous and structured, and enjoy working in an independent role. Experience with NetSuite is highly desirable, but we also value broad system experience and a good ability to quickly learn new systems. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Duration of Assignment The assignment is full-time (100%) starting on September 1, 2025, and will run until February 28, 2026. You will work on-site with the client in Stockholm.
