Business Controller at Apotea – do you want to help drive our development? At Apotea, Sweden's largest online pharmacy, a lot is happening – and we continue to grow rapidly. We are now looking for an analytical and driven Business Controller for our finance department, who wants to help develop the pharmacy of the future.

About the role As a Business Controller with us, you will work closely with our business areas and contribute to creating the basis that makes a difference for Apotea's continued success. You will play an important role in driving the development of our follow-up and analysis. The role is broad, developmental, and offers good opportunities to influence our business.

Your responsibilities include

• Working closely with our business areas and supporting with analysis and data.
• Responsible for monitoring outcomes, key figures, and data related to our business.
• Further develop monitoring of key figures and reporting.
• Contribute to the development of our BI tools (primarily Power BI).
• Lead and participate in projects for business development, cost-effectiveness, and increased productivity.
• Be an active part of Apotea's controller team where you will have the opportunity to influence working methods.

Who we are looking for We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and thrives in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• A couple of years of experience as a business controller.

• Good business understanding and the ability to quickly grasp new business issues.

• Very good knowledge of Excel and preferably experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.

• Relevant academic education in economics, finance, or equivalent.

• Good language skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

As a person, you are analytical, structured, and engaged. You take responsibility, dare to drive projects independently, and are happy to contribute your own ideas. We value humility, collaboration, and a strong desire to find solutions.
