Mechanic at Werksta Nacka

We are an authorized workshop where experience with VW, Audi, Skoda, or Seat is advantageous, but we also warmly welcome applicants with general automotive experience.

About the role as a Mechanic at Werksta Nacka

In the role of mechanic, you will work with service, diagnostics, and repairs of passenger and commercial vehicles in a modern and safe workshop environment. You will be an important part of a close-knit team where we constantly strive for high quality, customer satisfaction, and development. We work with both authorized car service and damage management, and we offer continuous support and further training within our car brands.

Responsibilities – service, diagnostics, and repairs 

• Perform service, maintenance, and car repairs according to manufacturer guidelines
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Replace and repair parts and conduct functional checks
• Document work in digital systems according to current procedures
• Collaborate with colleagues in the damage workshop and customer reception
• Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment
• Participate in continuous improvements and development initiatives in the workshop

Qualifications for the Mechanic position at Werksta Nacka

• Automotive education at the high school level or equivalent work experience
• Work experience as a car mechanic or service technician is a requirement
• Experience with VW, Audi, Skoda, or Seat is advantageous
• Good knowledge in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of cars
• A driving license (B) is a requirement
• Comfortable with both independent and team-oriented work
• Good communication skills in Swedish; English is advantageous
• Engaged, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Accustomed to following work orders and manufacturer instructions
