We at Rekryteringsgruppen are now looking for a Sales Consultant Manager to join our amazing blue collar team in Stockholm.

As a Sales Consultant Manager with us, you will play a central role in supporting our clients and matching the right skills with the right assignments, primarily on the labor side. You will work closely with both clients and employees to ensure successful collaborations and high customer and employee satisfaction. We believe that our employees are our most important resource and the reason our clients continue to work with us over the years.

Primary responsibilities as a Sales Consultant Manager 

• Identify and develop business opportunities together with our existing and new clients.
• Lead and develop a team of consultants to ensure high performance and well-being.
• Create and maintain good relationships with clients and prospects.
• Ensure that our consultants are matched to the right assignments and receive the necessary support.
• Manage administrative tasks related to personnel and client management.

Experience and qualifications:

• Experience in personnel management or recruitment is an advantage.
• Ability to build long-term relationships and understand client needs, with a willingness to work in sales.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required for the position.
