At Retail Knowledge, we are now looking for a Staffing Coordinator who wants to work from our office on Birger Jarlsgatan every other weekend. Here, you will play a central role in our operations, ensuring that our clients' needs are always met – quickly, proactively, and professionally.

About the role

As a staffing coordinator, you are the face of Retail Knowledge during your shifts. You will be responsible for:

• Handling incoming client inquiries and staffing needs

• Booking out consultants and ensuring the right match between client and staff

• Communicating clearly and solution-oriented with both clients and consultants

• Taking ownership of your assignments from start to finish and ensuring everything runs smoothly

This is a role with significant responsibility, where you will independently lead the work during weekends.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in service, staffing, recruitment, or similar work

• Good communication skills and enjoys a role with a lot of contact with people

• The ability to work in a structured manner and keep multiple tasks running simultaneously

• A sense of responsibility and the ability to make independent decisions

Meritorious:

• Experience in personnel planning or scheduling
