About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting until March 2026. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our partner. There are good opportunities for extension of the assignment.

They manage waste management for several Swedish municipalities and provide recycling services to various industries.

Job responsibilities

In this role, you will work with a broad range of financial tasks and belong to the accounts receivable department. You will be responsible for accounts receivable and ensure effective handling of customer invoices and payments according to applicable policies and procedures. Your tasks include handling incoming payments, invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts receivable, as well as ongoing analysis and troubleshooting in the invoicing flow. If necessary, you will contact customers regarding late payments and also be responsible for reminder and collection management. Additionally, you will be responsible for and assist with incoming financial matters of various kinds. The role also includes supporting ongoing bookkeeping and month-end closing, as well as handling other administrative tasks that may arise. You will work closely with your colleagues and play an important role in creating an efficient and well-functioning financial operation, while also contributing to improving and developing processes within accounts receivable.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience in finance and accounts receivable • Familiarity with managing accounts receivable with high invoice volume and many transactions • Basic understanding of accounting principles • Good computer and system skills • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Education in finance and knowledge of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) business system is an advantage
