We are currently looking for a customer-oriented and communicative customer service representative to GarBo.
GarBo is the leading provider of construction-related insurance and services in the Nordic region. For over 30 years, GarBo has offered insurance, inspections, and specialist services within the construction and civil engineering industry. Together, this contributes to increased knowledge, a safer construction process, and reduced financial risk.
GarBo needs to strengthen its customer service with additional resources and is looking for someone who is passionate about service, solution-oriented, and helpful.
About the role
As a customer service representative, your main tasks will be to receive incoming inquiries via phone and email. Your role also includes all associated administration related to insurance and the inquiries that come in. You will handle cases from both private individuals and corporate clients. You will be part of a smaller customer service team, and you will all be logged in daily to email and phone to provide the absolute best service and create satisfied customers.
The position is located in pleasant premises in Mood Galleria, centrally in Stockholm. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Your profile
You should have a high school diploma and a few years of experience in similar customer service roles.
Experience in the insurance or banking and finance industry is highly meritorious but not a requirement.
You should also be an experienced computer user. Since the job involves daily customer contacts, it is a requirement that you are communicative and have very good skills in both Swedish and English.
