Location: Stockholm or Sundsvall Scope: 50% Assignment Period: October 20, 2025 – June 30, 2026 (possibility of extension)

We are looking for an experienced project manager who wants to take a central role in an exciting assignment where a government agency is moving to new premises in Stockholm during 2026. Here you will have the chance to contribute both strategically and operationally in a transformation journey that places high demands on coordination, structure, and leadership.

As a project manager, you will be a cohesive force leading the internal project team and serving as the main contact for external parties. You will ensure that contracts and specifications are adhered to while also being involved in the practical work and driving planning and execution forward. An important part of the assignment also involves monitoring security aspects related to the premises. 

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
• At least five years of experience leading projects in office relocation, renovation, or design
• At least five years of project management experience where technology, customer needs, legal issues, and security are central components
• Experience acting as client support during office relocations
• Experience in dialogue with external suppliers and contract follow-up

Meritorious

• Experience in security adaptation of physical premises for agencies or organizations with high security requirements
• Ten years or more of project management experience in renovation, design, or relocation of premises

You can choose to be based in Stockholm or Sundsvall. Travel between the locations will occur during the assignment.
