About the position

As a trainee, you will be trained in three different unique areas. You will learn to communicate with new potential clients via phone, receive solid training in administration such as documentation management, trading in securities, and establishing accounts. At the end of the trainee period, you will also receive qualified sales training.

You do not need any prior experience in similar work; instead, as a trainee, you will learn all the essential aspects of a career in finance.

If good results are achieved, this will lead to a position within the group as an advisor.

About you

We are looking for someone who is fearless, has high ambitions, is service-oriented, professional in their approach, and has successful experience in customer relations. Good results in your sales experience are highly meritorious.

You have a burning interest in finance, are good with numbers, and are accustomed to speaking on the phone.

Since a large part of the job involves communication with clients, product companies, and insurance companies, it is especially important that you are a representative person, sales-oriented, and fluent in both spoken and written Swedish.

To succeed in this role, you need to have an academic degree of at least 3 years in economics or law.
