Danderyd Gymnasium is one of Stockholm's largest high schools with approximately 1400 students. The school consists of four higher education preparatory programs (EK, NA, SA, TE) as well as a small adapted high school. The school also has a successful NIU operation, a nationally recruiting math specialization program, and an AST operation within SA. The operation is well-functioning with different orientations and many fine traditions. Danderyd Gymnasium (Dagy) has high ambitions, and most students continue to higher studies.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Your main task is to teach English at the high school level. The work also includes planning and continuously evaluating the teaching. You will be part of a deepening team with knowledgeable and engaged teachers and participate in developing the teaching and creating a positive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a certified teacher with qualifications in English
• Has a good ability to express themselves in speech and writing in the Swedish language
• Has good digital competence
• Is well acquainted with the school's mission and governing documents

It is an advantage if you:
• Have experience teaching English at the high school level
• Have qualifications in another subject

Great importance is placed on personal suitability for this position. We are looking for someone with pedagogical ability who works in a structured manner. You are considerate and collaborative with a focus on common goals. You are a stable person who has a low-arousal approach, is constructive, and acts professionally in pressured situations.
