We are now looking for you who want to work as a preschool teacher at Hedvig Eleonora Preschools.

At all our seven preschools, we work exploratively with play and learning in focus. The Role of Preschool Teacher

As a preschool teacher, you lead the pedagogical development and are responsible for ensuring that all children receive meaningful, fun, and developing education. You work to create learning environments that are accessible, creative, and challenging where children are involved and have influence in their education. To succeed in your work, you have a good knowledge of the preschool curriculum and other governing documents and base your work with the children on them. It is also part of your duties to collaborate with colleagues to be responsible for development discussions and written information to guardians. The work team collaborates on planning, implementation, and evaluation, but you have the responsibility.

We are looking for a positive and engaged preschool teacher who drives and takes responsibility for planning, implementation, and evaluation together with the work team. We believe in joint reflection and collegial learning and therefore provide networks for both preschool teachers and childcare workers. You are open to different perspectives and are expected to want to learn from others and share your knowledge and pedagogical competence with your colleagues.

Qualifications and Experience

• Licensed preschool teacher
• Good knowledge of Swedish in writing and speaking
• Experience working with pedagogical documentation

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience working with children with disabilities
• At least 5 years of experience working as a preschool teacher
• Good computer skills

We are looking for you who are engaged and have an interest in contributing to children's development and learning. You need to have good collaboration skills and contribute to good cooperation by having an open, accommodating, and problem-solving approach. You act professionally and are flexible. In your professional role, you are development-oriented by being proactive in development work and being innovative and open to different perspectives. You are structured with a good ability to plan and prioritize your work effectively.

To work in our preschools, you must present an extract from the Police's criminal record. You order the extract yourself, and it is valid for one year.
