Workplace Description

Midsommarkransens gymnasium is located in the heart of Midsommarkransen within walking distance to Södermalm and currently has over 700 students. An important part of our profile is that we offer NIU (Nationally Approved Sports Education). Many of our students develop their sports at an elite level while completing their high school education. The school also has a special needs program and vocational introduction. The school has its own kitchen that prepares our delicious food and a café.

Globala gymnasiet is located in Södermalm. Here, there are currently 600 students studying in five different programs with knowledgeable and engaged teachers. We also have a popular library with a librarian, two sports halls, well-equipped laboratories, an art room, staffed student health services, and vegetarian food from our own kitchen.

Job Description

Teaching modern languages (German) at Midsommarkransens gymnasium and Globala gymnasiet. The position is a temporary contract for the spring term and is shared between two schools. Mentorship at Midsommarkransens gymnasium is included.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher for high school. We see an advantage if you have a few years of experience in the teaching profession.

The position may be filled by a surplus teacher within the Education Administration.

If you are a newly graduated teacher, you are entitled to a mentor during your first year, the introduction period.
