About the job
As a teaching assistant, you support students during lessons, breaks, and after-school activities based on their needs. You contribute to a safe and meaningful school day by providing the support the student needs to follow the lessons and in social situations. You will be part of a team that values collaboration and is there to help if you have questions or concerns before, during, or after an assignment.

About you
We are looking for someone who is motivated to contribute to children's and young people's ability to learn and develop. Your willingness and ability to work together with others in a team are important for doing a good job, as well as being able to work independently. You have previous experience as a teaching assistant, and we prefer that you are a trained childcare worker or have studied pedagogy. You also need to have references from previous work as a teaching assistant. Additionally, you should have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
