We are a small but close-knit team of eight people with a lot of competence, warmth, and humor. Our office is located at Campus Roslagen at the entrance to Norrtälje.

We have a strong team spirit. We support each other in our daily work and value an open and helpful culture. We believe in a balance in life and therefore offer flexible working methods with the possibility of remote work when needed, but primarily our workplace is at our office. We have monthly one-to-one meetings where we highlight areas for improvement and development opportunities. In addition, we hold monthly meetings to follow up on our common goals. We work in modern accounting systems such as Visma, Fortnox, and Capego Bokslut. In addition, we use Talenom's own developed platform – Easor – which we have ongoing internal training for in 2025 to gradually introduce our clients to.

The role of client responsible accountant is broad, meaning you will have overall responsibility for a number of clients from start to finish. It is advantageous if you are an authorized accountant and have previous experience in preparing personal income tax returns. We believe that you also have an interest in digital tools and are unafraid to take on new digital systems. To succeed in this role, we believe you have extensive experience with an eye for ensuring any discrepancies and details of solid accounting work for your own and others' delivery. Since we value close client relationships, we see that you have a natural communicative ability and are proactive in your advisory role, as well as having a pragmatic approach to your work.

In addition, your tasks will include:

• Ongoing accounting (K2) and quality reconciliations
• Responsible for several companies' cash flows
• Tax declarations regarding VAT and AGI
• Monthly and annual financial statements
• Annual reports
• Ongoing follow-up and advisory for several companies
• Basic knowledge of 3:12 rules
• Responsible for tax calculations for limited companies, prepare INK2, K10
• Develop and support junior consultants
