Assistansporten AB is a company that works with home care, personal assistance, escorting, and respite care. We prioritize continuity and customer influence over their services. Assistansporten operates in the southern Stockholm area.

We are currently looking for a coordinator for our home care service in Haninge at 100%.

Your main tasks will be to schedule and staff all home care services according to the assistance decisions, as well as work with time registration and follow-up.

In addition, you will be responsible for the introduction of new staff, self-checks, receipt management, and various office tasks. You will also have contact with municipal case managers and customers.

We work with the programs mobile care (epsilon) and lifecare, phoniro. It is a significant advantage if you have good computer skills and experience with any of these operational systems.

We also expect that you have previously worked with similar tasks.

Education requirements:

Completed education in health and social care or personnel administration with documented leadership experience.

Requirements: B driver's license, as you will need to visit customers regularly; company cars are available.

Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing is an absolute requirement. Experience with documentation.
