We are looking for you with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. We see that you find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and attentive to adapt to children's needs. We are looking for someone with experience supporting children with functional variations and who understands children's needs, rights, and treats children with respect for the knowledge they possess in the current situation. You easily create good contacts with children, guardians, and educators. You want to contribute to creating an enjoyable educational environment for play, teaching, development, and learning.

We place great importance on competence, sense of responsibility, respectful attitude, and engagement.

Qualifications and personal qualities:

• You have a childcare education
• You have experience working in preschool
• It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience working with resource assignments.
• You have knowledge and experience of both visual support and TAKK
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written.
• You have good knowledge of the curriculum's content and feel that you can contribute to business development together with colleagues in a collegial learning environment.
• You have good knowledge of Office365

Norlandia Preschools Spira is located in Gävle. We want to give your child a desire for play and learning, new discoveries, and joy in movement. Our own chef offers daily taste experiences and energy. The educators participate in the quest for knowledge, lead movement games, and teach your child about the importance of living sustainably. We are located near the forest and in the central part of Hille. We work age-divided with a project all year round. Creativity, drama, and outdoor education are our cornerstones in teaching.

At Norlandia Preschools, we offer you professional development every term based on the preschool's prioritized goals and initiatives. You will be part of our unique concepts, professional development days at the preschool, central initiatives, and offerings in our digital learning platform.

Employment type: temporary position per term by agreement

Scope: 100%

Working hours: daytime

Start date: August 2025

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal record. You also need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
