Your Day at EnRival

The work involves location-bound adult education in care subjects.

As a care teacher, you will guide and teach, as well as assess the student's knowledge according to the care and welfare program's syllabus. You will be responsible for grading. The position also includes planning and follow-up of APL.

You will work in a team with several colleagues. You will have trained educators to support learning and assist with practical moments and follow-up.

Teaching is conducted on-site!

Your Skills and Background

• You must be qualified, licensed, care and welfare teacher.
• You must have at least one (1) year of experience teaching in care and welfare.

We would be pleased if you also have any of the following competencies:

• professional experience from care and welfare work
• licensure in additional subjects, especially Swedish.
• good language skills in e.g. Arabic

The position also involves some documentation towards clients, students, and the principal. Additionally, collaboration with regulatory authorities and industry organizations. Good digital competence is required, as we use several digital tools.

You love helping people, and you are passionate about imparting knowledge. You have a good ability to motivate students to achieve their goals.

As a person, you are secure, empathetic, and understanding. Your flexible approach allows you to solve problems. You have good social skills and the willingness and ability to work in groups and individually. At EnRival, you need to be a team player with positive drive and wisdom.
