With us, you have the world's funniest part-time job that gives you the opportunity to inspire and motivate children to sports activities and provides experiences and merits to work with leadership and groups.

We at Active Academy are now looking for leaders for Knatteskutt, Sweden's largest sports school for children aged 1-4 years. We are looking for you who:

• Love working with children
• Have rhythm and movement in your body
• Have experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children, or have a long sports background and have been a leader for children in another context (e.g., preschool, school, babysitting)

As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!

What is Knatteskutt?

At Knatteskutt, children get to jump, run, dance, and play with a ball. Here we mix different sports activities in a playful and fun way.

We work based on a prepared session layout, which means that all sports fields, exercises, and games are pre-planned. As a leader, you can then focus all your energy on spreading wonderful movement joy!

As a leader, you will receive coaching during the term, participate in a leadership training, and be part of a fantastic leadership team of over 300 leaders.

Simply put, you will have the world's funniest part-time job that gives you experiences and merits in working with children's groups.

Info about the employment:

• Hourly employment
• The work will take place during spring 2026 starting week 5.
• The spring term runs between weeks 5-12 and 15-21
• Sessions are scheduled on Saturdays at 09:40 in Solängsskolan's gym.
• Approx. 1-2 hours/week.

MERIT: You are welcome to study to become (or be finished) a preschool teacher or similar education. You may have attended the aesthetic program in high school, worked as a group training instructor, or have another dance education or similar. This is not a requirement to apply, you can still have the right personality.
